Shipment & Installation Shipping costs are kept down by the use of flat pack delivery. Our policy is to take responsibility for the complete installation of our product on site. Our oak tubs are delivered specially packed to prevent damage during transport, particularly to the staves. We can basically deliver worldwide. There is no tax in Europe on our oak tubs apart from VAT (19.6% on tubs shipped directly from France to customers without VAT registration number). Delivery is made by road transport, door to door within Europe. We have special rates for the United Kingdom and Ireland (contact us for details). We see each customer as unique, and so can quote precisely for any international shipment. We will try at all times to provide you with the best freight service at the lowest rate. Installation costs depend on the country. Simply indicate your choice of tub and equipment, your location (country and town) or the nearest port, and we shall quote accordingly, by email or fax. We also have distributors and authorised dealers outside France.
